The folks at Appliance Clinic are very knowledgeable & helpful. They were able to get the parts I needed to fix my broken refrigerator. Staff was very good, made a record of my refrigerator model number on our first interaction so in subsequent conversations they knew what I needed.

We are renters and did not work directly with The Appliance Clinic for the purchase of a new dishwasher, but we had a wonderful experience with the young man who installed that new dishwasher this morning. He was thorough, respectful, friendly, professional... honestly, a true young gentleman. He went above & beyond his duties after learning about my mold sensitivity to make sure I understood some ins & outs and that everything was installed perfectly so we were well taken care of. Outstanding customer care! Truly. A top-notch young man like that would only be working for a great company. We will definitely work with The Appliance Clinic if the need ever arises down the road!
