The staff at this location has been amazing! I have rented off and on over the years and have had zero issues. They have a very positive attitude that is very welcoming, they communicate promptly and they are more than accomodating. Positive communication and a welcoming customer service attitude goes along way especially considering we all have bad days and moments. I would definately rent here in the future if I needed to.

I've used this location multiple times in the past 20 years. Nice staff always happy to help. Easy to get to and not far from both 205 and I-5

I can't recommend Josh and Jane enough. When working with them I realized it had been a long time since I met such friendly, helpful, generous people, and they honestly gave me a lot of hope for humanity. They were flexible with my scheduling of the storage unit, and understood my concerns and helped me navigate the freight company dropping off my stuff. Though it may not be their official policy, I got many prorated days based on my move in and out. Their communication was all prompt and courteous, and their system for access to your unit is flawless and convenient. It might sound cheesy but what put them over the top was their genuinely friendly, humorous, and accommodating attitudes whenever I interacted with them, especially Jane. When it comes to moving all of your possessions across the country and storing it for several months, there is a lot of anxiety. I think Josh and Jane understand and respect that and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and supported. If anyone at all even brings up moving or storage for any reason at all to me, I will instantly knee jerk reaction yell "Josh and Jane at Minnehaha Additional Storage!" Go to them and trust your belongings with them you will be taken care of. If I had children and it was legal I would feel fine leaving them in a storage unit managed by Josh and Jane. And on top of all that, if you are reading this realize that the COVID-19 pandemic was fully messing with all of our lives at the time, and when I think back I can honestly say storing my things at Additional Storage was high on the list of positive things that happened during that time. Truly special people
