Customer service by and large has suffered greatly during the pandemic, but Cary maintained a standard in terms of responsiveness, sense of duty, and effort that made the home search and buying process for us as easy and efficient as possible. We struggled with the process for quite a while (over a year!) before meeting Cary. In less than a month we were signing on a new house and the process couldn’t have been smoother!
