Stone Tiger Martial Arts

I've known Jesse for some time now, now, and I've even went to the point of taking private lessons from him. Jesse is a true warrior, in todays world. Not only a warrior, but a warrior-scholar; the best of both worlds. Outside of that, he is a very smart and intelligent man, that openly has an amazing heart. To me, teaching martial arts is a passion. It's something do because you love it, and it's in your spirit and blood. You don't teach 1), what he teaches, and 2), how he teaches, if you want to make a lot of money off of it. I don't want to judge anyone or put anyone under the bus, but the type of people who make big money at this business are what is called "McDojo's". If you've ever been to one, you would surely know from one visit with Jesse, that he isn't about that. It's a passion for him, not some fad. He's spent thousands of dollars traveling to China, and numerious hours training. You're learning from him what has taken him hundreds of hours to develop, if not thousands. He went as far as traveling 80-90 miles (round trip) to give me a near 2 hour private lesson, and no, it wasn't expensive. All added up, it added up to less then minimum wage for him (adding in training time, and traveling their, and back). If you are contemplating taking a lesson from Jesse, or anyone that he has teaching, don't hesitate. You wont regret it!
