(November 8, 2022, 2:42 pm)Great place for hot tub supplies and wood stoves. However the spa repair technician fixed my hot tub with after market parts which failed within a year. Had to get it fixed by another company who used only manufacturer parts a year later. I did not get a refund when I called to tell them of the problem.
(August 29, 2022, 7:55 pm)This place is fantastic! We recently bought a house that had a hot tub and we were clueless on how to care for it. Calvin was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us so well! We really liked that he didn't just push us to buy products just to make money. He gave us many options on how to care for the hot tub based off of how much effort we wanted to put into it. He gave us the "set it and forget it" option or the more in depth, hands-on approach. We chose the latter because we're chemistry people and he gave us instructions on everything we needed and when to use it. He gave us the starting essentials and then gave us the option to come back when the rest of the products were needed; he didn't push all of these unnecessary products to overwhem us with. This place is exactly what a buisness should be! We left happy and confident! Thanks for being awesome Calvin! You made caring for a hot tub look like nothing!
(August 16, 2022, 3:52 pm)This was the smoothest project that we’ve done to date at our house. Very professional showed up on time did exactly what they said they would do and more. Finished the project when they said they would finish and left it clean. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. We had to gas fireplace inserts installed.
(April 20, 2022, 3:40 am)First off, what a wonderful experience it has been buying a hot tub from Haven! We had spent a lot of time shopping and learning about hot tubs, while going over the pro's and con's of buying online vs buying local. I am so glad we choose to buy local. I feel so much better about buying a hot tub that has local people to help me troubleshoot any of my needs, especially the learning curve of getting the water chemicals just right. Morgan was our sales lady and she made it a breeze! She wasn't pushy, and was very honest about delivery times. On a happy note our hot tub actually got delivered earlier than expected. Justin was very helpful in answering our questions about placement of the hot tub, and where the best place would be in our yard. It really helped us to make the decision to buy the hot tub sooner than we had initially intended too and I am so stoked to be enjoying my hot tub. On the day of delivery Shawn and Kyle were prompt and so efficient. They took great care while delivering the hot tub. I have a lot of mature landscaping and they were able to expertly maneuver around all of it. I love my hot tub and use it almost everyday, best purchase ever!
(June 26, 2021, 3:13 pm)I purchased both a hot tub and pool here. My whole experience with both transactions was nothing but the best from choosing which to go with, purchasing and set up! I had the privilege of working with Calvin who was very professional and knowledgable! He went above and beyond and was always there to answer all of my many questions. Once everything was ready for delivery and instal everyone was quick and efficient and very professional! would highly recommend! Ask for Calvin!
