I've banked w/Twinstar for many years. It's always pleasant. Staff are kind & friendly, we catch up & speak about our families. I've had the chance to get to know a few tellers quite well. Which I appreciate the familiarity.
My now adult children bank here, as well. I've always loved the benefits credit unions offer!
My fiancé will be transferring all of his banking needs, in the coming weeks. Which I look forward to bc credit unions offer the best rates & services! It's better than his current bank for sure. I have had a car loan here. I just paid that in full. Process was a breeze & this week they'll release interest in collateral.

I will continue to recommend them to anyone & everyone. If you have some time, I'd encourage setting up a children's account (if you have one). They're so important, they offer fun perks for them.

Edit: Finally got him to make the switch. Fiancee took a day, we worked w/staff to get several acct set up. Along w/several youth accounts (it was a lot of work). They treated us very well. Thoroughly explaining everything to the both of us. Once you're a member, you're given access to their financial advisor. Which is fantastic should you need it.
Always very friendly and helpful . One evening I pulled up just as they were locking doors because it was time for them to close . The employee still let me go in and cash my check . Now that is great customer service !!
Your staff are just amazing! Katrina spent her morning helping me get set back up on the online banking app. She was so helpful and teaching me the new changes you guys have made. Then I had renters insurance issues and Lynne Moran helped get the information needed to get that squared away. Thank you Twin Stars you guys really have an amazing team!!
