I was happy with my original online 'OFFER TO BUY' on my 2012 Mercedes Benz a week prior to scheduling, selling, and my drop-off date. The building was a little difficult to find. The employee was very nice and professional.
The day I went to sell my car, MY 'OFFER TO BUY' WAS REDUCED BY $700. IT FELT LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH AND CAR SELL(Y). I was told it was based on previous week sales.
I asked for a 50% split ($350 price increase) to finalize the sell; they refused and wouldn't negotiate. The process was easy.
FYI. THERE'S A $299 SELLER'S DOCUMENT FILING FEE add to your total amount.
If it wasn't for the amazing customer representative, I wouldn't have sold my car.
They also gave me car service back to my house.

Connor is amazing. I don't know if I have ever had customer service like this at a fast food spot. He made our family feel so cared for. He took care of our special diet needs and helped us navigate the menu. He cut things up for my kids and made sure all was perfect. Wow. As a manager myself at a large company, I'd love to have someone with his skills representing us every day. Way to go Burgerville team.
