Everyone is so kind. My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door was so great. Everything from the front desk lady making me feel so welcomed, helping me pick out a coffee (first time in a new place can be uncomfortable sometimes and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she was very sweet!), to the conversation with the dental hygienist (she made me feel like I've been going there for years), to the doctor!! He was so kind, professional, and gentle. They made me feel confident about how I've been taking care of my teeth and helped me with what I needed to work on without making me feel shamed or pressured in any way (that has been my experience at other big corporate dental offices in the past). I love the natural approach to dental care! The care was exactly what I was hoping for and more than I expected! Also, the cute little bag you get after your cleaning to take home with you. It's the little things that everyone did that added up. All the staff is so kind. I'm very pleased with this office and I can't wait to go back! “Every aspect of my first visit to Warner & Warner Dentistry was pleasant as well as professional. The team took several x-rays of my mouth to get a detailed view of my multi-renovated tooth structure. They then took several measurements that helped inform them on the current state of my mouth. The hygienist then cleaned my teeth completely and coached me on self-care. Dr Warner finished with a review of the x-rays and my teeth and encouragement. These are fine folks offering first-class care. I'm all-in!”

“Tom Bohna is a Master in his craft. This is something you want done right the first time. If you need this kind of work done, Tom Bohna is who you should see! He took molds of my upper and lower teeth. He then set me up with an Oral Surgeon. The Surgeon determined 11 needed to come out. I then went in to see Tom a second time. We decided partial dentures would be best for my situation. A few days later he called me with a price. Tom told me half down and he could get started on building the partials. Tom informed me It would take a good 6 weeks for them to be built. Once they were done I made my other appointment with the Surgeon. I put my partials in the day after my surgery. He made an adjustment the day after that. I've had regularly scheduled appointments with Tom since then, 1 week, 2 weeks, 6 weeks, for adjustments and liners. I am so happy with work that has been done. Tom goes above and beyond to accommodate his patients. I haven't really smiled for years. Thank you Tom Bohna for bringing back my smile.”

“Excellent dentist and overall friendly office. The team is fantastic - kind, caring, and gentle. I have recommended Heritage and Dr. Richards to friends and everyone agrees - they are the best! I moved back to the area a few years ago and had an area between teeth that was giving me issues (catching food each time I ate and it was driving me crazy). Two other dentists had tried to fix it, but it didn't help at all. Dr. Richards said he could fix it. Been with this dental office for so long that my first dentist has now retired, but my new dentist is just as wonderful.
