He spends all the time I need to understand what he is saying and he answers all my questions without rushing me. He is clear, straightforward, and honest. When he has to tell me something I don't want to hear, he looks me right in the eyes and tells me what to genuinely expect. No evasion or misleading or minimizing. Moreover, Dr KJ is personable, intelligent, easy to talk with and genuinely cares about his patients. He actually personally called me at home before surgery and after surgery to ensure I was comfortable and recovering well. His office is staffed with caring, friendly, and supportive people that get you answers or what you need. They actually answer the phone and they actually follow up and call you back. “We just moved to Vancouver, WA. I had recently cracked a tooth and we went online to search for a good dentist. All reviews pointed to Aadland Dental. I would have to wait for over two months to get in but since they knew I cracked a tooth they were so gracious to squeezed me in. Keep in mind I am 66 years old and petrified of dentists. Well I can not describe how incredible EVERYONE was from the receptionist to the person who took X-rays to the dentist. They treated me with kid gloves as they knew I had a terrible gag reflex and was extremely nervous. Anyway they had to pull my tooth due to how bad it had cracked off. I was more than satisfied with the service they provided me. They also showed me the charges I would incur before they did the work. I have never seen this but thought that all dentists should do this to prevent sticker shock. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and I guarantee we will be going back for checkup and cleanings and everything else . I do recommend if you need an a teeth cleaning, call now as they as filled up for the next t couple months. You won’t regret them. Promise. Thanks to everyone who worked on me. Greatly appreciated.”
