    Another great experience today with First Call Septic = ) Last night I noticed my high level alarm was on but my pump wasn't running. I called and left a message with First Call Septic last night. They returned my call first thing this morning and sent a technician out to my house right away.

    The technician Adam quickly located my issue (a faulty pump float switch). He had parts on hand to correct the issue and had it taken care of in no time. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process.

    I am extremely happy with the quality of work that I always get from First Call Septic and highly recommend them!

    Ronnie and Chris at First Call are extremely professional and very nice. The inspection, pump, and repairs they did were priced more than fair, and they had everything done very quickly. They also come very highly recommended and I would refer them to anybody needing septic services. Thank you so much! La Center, WA
