I don't typically write reviews, but my experience was so very different from past dental visits that I felt I must. I have had many trips to the dentist, some not so bad and others were downright painful. I've considered it a good visit if it wasn't so bad. Often during dental visits I'd break down in tears from doing my best to be brave, which is out of character for me any other time. Today was my first visit with Kalama Family Dental. After completing a routine exam, x-rays and dental cleaning, I finished feeling like it was one of my best days ever. Never did I imagine my visit would go so well. I feel very fortunate to have found Kalama Family Dental.

They are super friendly, happy and thorough. They are always checking to make sure you're comfortable and doing good during your cleaning. I like coming to Kalama Family Dental for my dental needs.

Everything was done respectfully and explained thoroughly. This was my first visit after being with another dentist for decades. As a result I was naturally apprehensive but my apprehension was soon gone as everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Lehnertz explained things that were easy for me to understand and I would not hesitate recommending others to see her for their dental needs.

The support staff are simply amazing. All are so friendly, happy to help and ready to answer any questions or concerns. Megan the hygienist is very good at her job. It makes going to the dentist nice instead of dreading it.

I have always had horrible anxiety seeing dentists and doctors, ever since my first visit at Kalama Family Dental I don't get anxiety for my appointments anymore. My family and I have been going there for the past 4 years and I always say even when we move away I will still drive back twice a year to have my cleanings and check ups there. The atmosphere is so calm, friendly, caring, I have never met a dentist that is more gentle and personable with their patients, it really is the best dentist office I have ever been to
