Recently visited the Woodland store and was helped by Ronnie for switching service providers. I have to say it was the best experience with any service provider. Ronnie and his employees from the moment we walked in the store made sure to greet us even when they were with a customer. We knew that we were valued just by that first greet. As we went through the process Ronnie made sure that were no surprises he answered all questions, humorous and so pleasant. We had some hurdles that kept popping up but he never faultered and always found a resolution. I was very apprehensive
about switching but with the help of Ronnie I felt I made the best decision. Also, I was getting ready to go to Ireland he took the time to setup my travel pass to save me time. Because of Ronnie and his team we will be recommending his store to everyone. Thank you again Ronnie...I am loving our service.

Tiffany is absolutely the best phone person I've ever had to deal with. I've been through T-Mobile and AT&T and everyone has sucked. She has the best customer service I've ever experienced. Went above and beyond to get us all hooked up with everything. She definitely deserves a raise, a promotion and all of the above. As much as I want to keep her to myself and hope she continues to be our phone person, she is definitely over qualified for her position.
