  Months back they saved us when we broke down. We were traveling to Seattle from southern Oregon because my uncle had just passed. Long story short, it was a busy Friday for them and they somehow squeezed us in so we were able to salvage the weekend with my Aunt. Now that some time has passed, the truck is still better than ever. When we returned home, the mechanics and grease monkeys in the family were beyond impressed with their work. If you have one in your family, you understand their egos and how big of a compliment that is. We are forever grateful.

  Chuck Jones did a fantastic job through the entire process of repairing my truck. I'm always a little cautious trying a new mechanic as I've been burned in the past. But I've needed a new one since moving to the area. They were able to clearly communicate their process to find the issue and once it was found give an accurate estimate on the cost. They also completing the job in the time frame that they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Very happy with the transmission replacement on my truck, they also replaced my rear shocks after finding one pretty much snapped. My truck has never drove better than it does now. Prices are very reasonable and they have very good communication skills. They will be my new go to shop from now on.

  Amazing service! We drove over a ladder on the highway and discovered a piece was lodged under our vehicle. Despite being down a worker, they were able to fit us in quickly, extract the metal, and verify that there were no leaks. This allowed us to continue our road trip with total peace of mind. Thank you!

  One of my company work trucks was due for routine maintenance and I only had a short time window to check it off the list. Called Chucks, Nick was super helpful and they were able to fit me in at a quick competitive price. Professional Staff, efficient service, and affordable pricing…so I’ll use Chucks Auto every chance I get!
