  Since there is only one review, I thought I would relay my experience with this company from a caregiver point of view, hoping this will be helpful for both potential caregivers,and potential clients. An effective business servicing the home care needs of the elderly and disabled has to have heart in it, and this (local branch of a larger) company absolutely does. The office staff is phenomenal: three wonderful , hardworking women who truly care about the needs of the clients, and are also considerate of caregiver needs. For potential employees, the pay is good, the benefits are great (through the union), and the support from the office is outstanding. For potential clients, I am just one caregiver out of many, but as for me: I love my clients, and I love my job. I take pride in working hard, and meeting my clients' individual needs in the way they want things done for themselves. If you or a loved one on Whidbey need care, this is a great company to get it from.
