South Whidbey Middle & High School

This is a fantastic high school to go to, I am currently a Junior there. The classes are very fun, and don't at all fall in line with the negative reviews posted here. While I personally don't much care for some of the classes, or students for that matter, I love doing sports such as track and cross country. I have made incredibly close friends through these sports and even got to work with my pole vault coach to design a shirt just for us. While we all get sick of school at some point or another, this truly is a great one to go to.

I'm currently a student here at South Whidbey High School. My experience with the teachers and people here have been outstanding. After reading through the other reviews and being able to name some of the people that have reviewed the school I can say this. 90% of the negative reviews that I have seen about the school have been either A.) People that only goofed around and never took their education seriously and thus have suffered the consequences, or B.) Students pretending to be adults so they can diss the school because they think its funny or for the meme. I have taken my studies seriously and have had a wonderful time not only bettering myself as a person but as a student also. I have never once heard a teacher promote drugs or try to contain a special needs kid ( if you read the other reviews you'll know what I'm talking about.) I have heard about many students that graduated from here that took their studies seriously and made to highly prestigious colleges. The School also has one of the best high school jazz bands in country, and strong sports programs.

Not a lot of drama, good teachers, and very helpful, good sports programs.
