Irondale Church

The soup kitchen is wonderfull for the community. Friendly and warm.

Recently I went home to visit my parents and they go to this church. I needed to record two lessons for my work and my mother suggested using the meeting room, perhaps. I had not met Pastor Jeremy yet. I was touched by his kindness to allow me to use the meeting room so I could record my lessons. Due to Covid issues, I did not go to a service, but when I return for a visit, I plan to go with my family. I also like how they have a soup kitchen on Tuesdays to share with the community. What a wonderful gift, especially during cold weather. God bless this church, the congregation, and the pastor and his family.

This church's Pastors are priceless. Their hearts are pure and their desire is simply to love and welcome everyone - to share grace and hope. This church, under the leadership of Pastor David and Colleen, opened a Soup Kitchen that feeds those needing help in their community. They fed my oldest sister for five years as she struggled with homelessness and mental illness. Their love and compassion was GOD'S HANDS AND GOD'S LOVE IN ACTION. Their sacrifice and gift of kindness, even when it was hard, ultimately brought a huge blessing to my family at the discovery of their involvement in her life. Without them, many of our questions would not have been answered. We learned after she died, that they had been the answer to our prayers for all those years. We just didn't know it until after she was gone. May God bless in abundance, this Church, the Pastors, and all those who serve and give.
