We placed our Dad at Mimi's three months ago. At that time, he could barely walk, his diabetes was out of control, and his overall health was very bad. He was unable to live at his own home any longer. In about six weeks, his diabetes readings are now in the low 100's, he's lost excess weight, and he can now pop up and out of his chair without using the lift. He can also walk very well now and even his mental capabilities and memory are better. This home is fantastic and they really take great care of those who live there. We had to move our Dad out of state to be closer to immediate family, but he really liked it there. I can't say enough about how well he was treated by both Mimi and Zi, and the facility is clean, well staffed, organized, and caring. Communication is also fantastic.

Our mother went to Mimi's after she broke her right hip & finished her rehab, but could not go back to living alone in her assisted living apt. We were very impressed with Mimi's attention to details & the care of our mom, including help with her diabetes. She planned healthy, balanced meals, invited us to participate & enjoy the family surroundings with mom, whenever we could. Mom stayed at Mimi's Family Home about 2-1/2 years. Very clean, attentive, gentle, loving care..... highly recommended & appreciated for the Auburn area.

My mom lived in Mimi’s adult family home for 12 years. She passed there, peacefully, after a long battle with dementia. While at Mimi’s, my mom received the highest level of care and she was cared for her through all of the stages of the disease. Mimi’s home is spotless. The food is lovingly prepared by Mimi and her staff. During the summer, her abundant garden provides fresh vegetables. My mom was bedridden for 10 years of her stay at Mimi’s. Because the of personal attention, she never had a bed sore. That is really amazing and this tells you what a great facility this is. I highly recommend Mimi’s Adult Family Home.

My mother lived in Mimi's Home for only about 1 year. My mom had the most loving care we could hope for that time. The place is kept so tidy and clean and the meals were healthy and delicious. Mimi and her helpers treated my mom with patience, kindness, gentleness and love. We were so grateful for the time they were together! Thanks you, Mimi!
