(August 23, 2022, 7:29 pm)Upon my arrival, a customer service representative shared the assigned representative was not present but he would me started. After a little bit of time, Dennis continued to assure me that he would continue the service. Though Auburn Volkswagen was under new management, service was excellent. I received a call later in the day. Dennis told me the car service was complete. I received my paperwork and I was on my way. Bud Clary Volkswagen is an excellent service station.

I am so very happy that I found Auburn VW when I did they had a car newer than the one that I lost and they were so happy to help negotiate so that I could get into this car! I am so very pleased with the entire encounter with BUCK, MICHAEL AND JON, they were so amazing and I am so happy with my purchase! 🥰❤️🥰❤️
(March 15, 2022, 4:39 pm)I went to Auburn VW after looking at a few cars online. Michael Charrey met us in the parking lot and made us feel comfortable from the start. He listened to my needs, answered my questions, didn't rush through to get the sale. I ended up buying a brand new gorgeous Jetta and couldn't be happier! Michael was professional, but so friendly and funny - I was really dreading the whole car buying experience, but Michael made it actually enjoyable! If you are looking for a car, new or used, go find him!
