Good customer service and honest
I've been buying my professional janitorial supplies at R&D Supply for 7+ years. I feel like a welcome guest every time I go there. The staff is always welcoming, (Chris and Chris, now Wendy!) and I love love love their dog. What a sweet boy! Thank you for being who you are, I'm a customer for life!
We showed up right at closing, the doors were locked but Bruce who was just getting into his car came back to help us. He reopened the store & sold us our carpet cleaning solution. The best customer service. We'll be going back here again. He helped make my daughter's 12th birthday really special.
