She was so kind and welcoming-- making sure we had a lovely time shopping and she was fun to chat with! Their stock was awesome. I managed to find a few valentine's day gifts ranging from goth apparel to Funko pops and anime things.

(June 20, 2021, 1:00 pm)Rory customer service skill are phenomenal. Rory was so helpful, told us about all the sales and even promotions that would be coming up. He made sure my daughter was taken care of with all her Bts merchandise needs.
