(June 26, 2020, 3:22 pm)They were so helpful and the truck that I originally reserved didn't start due to a dead battery, so they immediately put me in a different truck without any issues and when I returned the truck 2 days early they refunded the money in seconds!!

(November 13, 2017, 3:33 pm)Giving it 5 stars for the great customer service I received, they were very accommodating to my needs and my time, offered me a great deal on storage and a rental truck if I returned the truck to another location close by. Only issue I had was when I entered my storage unit it had NOT been emptied out, and instead immediately being given a new unit I was asked if I wanted to wait to have it cleaned out, I declined and was then given another unit on the same floor in a better spot. Otherwise, great facility, very clean, easy to get around and incredibly secure as you have to use a key card to check in/out to open your storage unit or alarms will go off.
