Bellevue Ideal Weight Loss Clinic

I started the Ideal Protein program in April of this year. I have reached a healthy goal weight since then and have been in maintenance for a few months now. After the first appointment, I only needed to pay for food which was usually on a weekly basis and at a reasonable price. The handouts and food tracker journal were helpful, clear, and informative. One thing I will say is that you need to have self-discipline and follow the instructions to a T. That is the only way in which you will get the results you want. I am so grateful to Deidre for helping me along my journey. She was thorough, caring, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I also have nothing but amazing things to say about Tracy who is currently running the clinic. She has followed in Deidre's footsteps beautifully. I look forward to our appointments and her friendly smile :)
