(December 17, 2020, 8:00 pm)Every single person working in the office was so welcoming and helpful. They helped me update my prescription, find new glasses, and even fixed my old pair for me. Not very often that you walk out of any sort of doctors office feeling amazing but this was certainly one of those experiences for me. Five stars all around.
(December 11, 2020, 2:58 pm)Great customer service, they guys saved me! I forgot to pack spare contacts for a trip to Bellevue and these guys were the closest eye doctor to where I’m staying. They were so great about helping me get a sample set of contacts, and Chris was patient and humorous through several phone calls sorting it out with my doctor at home. Thanks for saving me so I can safely drive home!
