He is also very funny and light-hearted, which puts patients at great ease in what can be an uneasy situation. What was also noticeable was the competency of the other staff members. My biggest takeaway is that the team synchronicity there is very strong and they are very good at transitioning the different topics of care with the correct staff member who knows most about it. From the assistant to the front desk, all were very helpful and could answer all of my questions with patience and confidence.
