30/10 Weight Loss for Life

Hello,
My name is Jessica, and I joined the 30/10 weight loss for life in Silverdale, WA. I am currently 32 years of age. Before joining 30/10 weight loss for life I weighed 232lb, and suffered from a multitude of physical issues such as; Fibromyalgia, High blood pressure, sleep apnea and lupus. All of which led to low energy levels. Along with being 232lbs, I was physically unable to live the type of lifestyle I was able to live previous to my weight gain. With all of these sicknesses I lost track of how many different medications I was consuming. I was miserable and was unable to live my life under these burdens any longer. One day while out in town running errands I saw the sign for 30/10 weight loss for life, I was interested to see if this could be the solution to my problems. From the bottom of my hearth this program has been life changing. I lost 60lbs in only 17 weeks, regained my energy levels and have been removed from my medications by my doctor. 30/10 weight loss for life has given me a new life and allowed me to feel and look better than I ever have before.

Dr. Nelson rocks. I have been seeing him regularly for the past year. When I started seeing Dr. Nelson I had chronic neck and shoulder pain. The pain is completely gone and I feel great now. Amazing. I only have to head back for an adjustment once a month or so to keep things on track. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson!!!
