INFINITI of Bellevue

Purchased my first car here! I called before hand to be sure they had the car I had in mind and when answered I was greeted by Bobby! He was great! When I arrived he was very communicative and fast! The entire team at Infiniti was awesome, i definitely would recommend to others!

Came in to test drive a Q60, helped by Darren. He made the experience really good. Very personable and was very helpful in informing me about the car, all of the ins and outs that typically matter to people. Sales manager was pushy however, which I understand that's his job but it came off as somewhat rude.

I do not live in Washington, but found the car that I had been wanting at Infinity of Bellevue. I have bought cars out of state before and know it’s a bit risky. But these guys could not have been better.

From Bobby taking great care of me through the sales process, to Brandon having everything ready for me with financing when I got to town, to the car being beyond my expectations, everything went perfectly. The process was quick, honest, thorough, and very easy. They did exactly what they promised, and more, and delivered.

Had a really awesome experience here. I was helped by Darren and Brandon, and they were both phenomenal. Got help very swiftly and they could not have been any more accommodating answering my questions and working me through the process of trading in my previous car and getting something new. They describe themselves as a more "mom n pop" dealer which is very true. It's not a corporation or chain and it's a very welcoming atmosphere without pushy salesman. Highly recommend giving it a look!
