  The Bellevue office has always been super friendly and accommodating. This review, however, is specifically for Dr. Dunn. The other day my son got the bottom wire on his braces switched out and that evening we had some concerns and questions so we called the office. We were able to send in a picture for them to see what exactly we were talking about. After reviewing the picture the staff there talked to Dr. Dunn and then relayed his message to us. About 10 minutes after hanging up the phone Dr. Dunn himself called us to discuss our questions, concerns, and treatment. The practice of calling patients themselves is a lost practice, but one we greatly appreciated. He always takes the time to listen and answer any questions regarding treatment.

  Every experience is a great experience a t Willamette Dental, today I was able to get a last minute appointment to have a tooth looked at and because my yearly cleaning was due the team made time to take care of that as well.
  
  Today's cleaning was amazing, I have had a lot of cleanings in the past but my Hygienist Kathleen did an amazing job.
  
  Kathleen explained everything she was doing and why, she was very pleasant when giving directions and when she was digging deep to get things clean she always paused to ensure I was comfortable and pain free :-)

  My company has this plan, it's a HMO for dentists. I was a little bit worried at first, I'm not a big fan of the concept of the insurance company owns the medical office thing, but honestly this place works and makes a lot of sense. They don't have the incentive to needlessly mangle your teeth to make a profit and they have an interest to do procedures that prevent issues. I still won't use an HMO for medical, but for dental, Willamette has me sold. I will be there in a few weeks for my 2nd annual checkup.

  Had my first appointment last Saturday. Great experience. Professional staff from receptionist to the dentist himself. No attempt for oversell service which normally happens at every dentist. Very honest and detailed report after the appointment which I never received from any other dentist.
