My Mom, Sylvia, was at Bothell Way Lodge for about 4 months after breaking her hip prior to her passing. I want to say that she received exceptional care from the owners, Felix and Carmen, and their staff. They all took very special attention to Mom, took time to get to know her and our family. Their adult family home feels like home. It is clean, organized, with home cooked meals but it is also very professional. The rooms are all cozy and the front and back yards are nice. They decorate for holidays, have desserts for all the residents to enjoy with special orders for Mom all the time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for Mom to get the care she needed. It took so much worry and stress away from us. Thank you Bothell Way Lodge for all your care, thoughtfulness, hard work and love. Maggie and family
awesome
The care my father received at the Bothell Way Lodge was exceptional. The staff always displayed great concern, professionism, knowledge, cleanliness, and comfort and dignity for my father. There is attention given towards keeping the patient as active physically and mentally as possible.
The staff treated him like family and I give my highest recommendation for this assisted living home.
When my mother came to Bothell Way Lodge, she was in such poor health that doctors expected she would die within four months. Instead, with the excellent care and attention she received, she lived eight years longer. She started walking again and was able to go out for lunch and social events.
In those eight years, everyone at the lodge unfailingly treated her with kindness and patience. She passed away at the lodge, and the day before she died, she said, "I'm glad I live here. Everyone is so nice."
My mother, Alice, lived in Bothell Way Lodge for 12 years. I have nothing but good things to say about Felix and Carmen and the care they and their staff give the residents. My mother always felt she was at home and people were always welcoming and friendly. Communication was always good and direct, even when it was a difficult topic, and I appreciated the honesty. They always dealt with concerns immediately. We felt they were part of our family and we will miss the opportunity to visit.
