Angela has a balanced approach to body work; whether I am looking for a relaxation massage or to work on a particular troubled area. She’s helped me address a lower back issue I’ve been having since starting a new exercise regiment. This involved different methods of treatment during my session that resulted in realignment of my hips and immediate relief. She also helps maximize the overall effectiveness of my treatments by showing me additional stretching and strengthening options I can do after my session to continue improving my flexibility and strength. Her technique and skills are truly amazing. Additionally, she is a kind and compassionate professional who is always seeking to learn and help her clients feel better.
