  Always a good selection of awesome deli items. Their cakes are so delicious (especially the chocolate ganache cake). They also have unique and interesting cards that are $1. Always staffed and always friendly.

  We had a layover in Seattle and decided to stop by the local Trader Joe's. We purchased several items but I had to get a package of fresh figs. They had several varieties to choose from. They were ripe and delicious. Trader Joe's is one if our favorite food markets. The staff is ways professional and helpful.

  Burien Trader Joe’s is my favorite international grocery store. I’ve been shopping at this store for years and the staff always pleasant and helpful. The security guards at the entrance door makes this store a bit safer to shop!. Today 7/30/21 I decided to pick up a few things at Traders. There were 3 employees 2 heavy set women and young girl chatting and stocking the frozen isle. Amy proceeded to stock the breakfast items etc., and I stood next to her excused myself because she was stocking and she was nice to say “ No excuse me ,” I picked up what I needed walked away and checked out the other frozen items across where Amy was stocking. My back was turned an older heavy set women ( employee) I guess made facial expressions towards Amy and Amy made a comment by saying…
  “ Yea Perfume walked up next to me!” I caught on to Amy’s comment which was aimed towards me I was wearing perfume. I was the only customer in frozen aisle shopping beside another gentle man walking around. There was another employee who was cleaning the bottom of the frozen cooler and I asked if there was any chocolate eclairs and she asked Amy, who looked at me and said sorry we don’t have any!.
  After looking around I decided to check out at Till 8 the checker was very nice and the employee who was in training was nice as well. I decided to address Amy’s comment to the Mike who was the manger on duty and he was very attentive and told me he’ll talk to her.
  Whether someone is wearing perfume, cologne or their clothes smells like fabric softener, it’s not for Amy or other employees to judge or make derogatory remarks. I’m a minority, and I’m wondering how many times Amy and her co~worker older heavy set women make derogatory comments towards other minorities, let alone other Caucasians? Amy talks way to much about her boyfriend/personal business on the sales floor. Keep it clean and professional on the sales floor PLEASE!
