There is always a caregiver in the kitchen cooking up wonderful meals. Residents are not simply parked in front of a TV all day, but often participate in daily activities. She's an expert in her field and they're lucky to have her at this facility. Normally the drive down here would keep me away, but having a competent MA behind the needle will keep me coming back. She is VERY busy down here, and sometimes hard to contact, just keep trying. If you require phlebotomy due to a condition, Karen is worth the drive.”
