Joshua is fantastic! He meets you where you are at in your fitness journey and works within your limitations to get you healthier and stronger! He’s creative in his solutions to develop a plan that works for you, regardless of your situation.
Coach Josh has far exceeded my expectations for what personal training would be like. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I always feel listened to and the workouts are completely customized for my goals and needs. Plus Josh is just a good person and fun to workout and connect with. I highly recommend working with Coach Josh.
Josh is the absolute best. I’ve spent years training, I’ve had several different trainers, but never have I had a trainer that gets it. Josh builds relationships in order to truly understand what his client wants and needs. He moves at your pace, but don’t get it confused his training methods push you to get the very best out of you. I promise if you give him the opportunity and follow I promise results.
Anyone nervous about starting a fitness journey, interested in exploring a new kind of training, suffering from an injury they can’t train through, or wanting to take their fitness goals to a new level but aren’t sure where to go next; will benefit from training with Joshua at SKB. He coaches in a safe and judgement-free space, and is easy to take instruction from. He totes extensive knowledge and experience with physical therapy, fitness, and how the human body functions. As a functional fitness junky, it’s nice to finally have someone make a program just for me, rather than being dropped into a program made for a group that’s hit or miss week over week. He’s a great listener and is committed to helping his clients works towards the goals we set for ourselves rather than some predetermined ideals based on stats. I’m feeling stronger already and enjoying the process, which is key for me. 12/10 recommend!
I have been training with Josh since January of this year and during that time I have gotten stronger and formed a healthier lifestyle. I have had previous trainer and none can compare to him. He meets you where you are and helps you to progress gradually with no stress. I look forward to our sessions because I know it is going to be grueling but satisfying. I highly recommend Josh.
