Dr. Catherine A. Hunter, GYN

Dr. Hunter is in my opinion one of the best! I have been seeing her for several years and she knows her stuff. She just recently performed my Hysterotomy and she was very good about explaining the surgery to me before hand and what it would entail. She gave me great pre surgery and post surgery instructions that helped me have a painless recovery. My surgery went great, very little pain and I had a very speedy recovery. I would recommend Dr Hunter to anyone I know, she is awesome!

Dr. Hunter saved my life, or better said her no nonsense approach in dealing with a very hesitant and difficult patient(me), saved my life. I had not been to a doctor in 30 years when I developed a lump in my breast that I thought was from an injury I recently had. She immediately called in an order for a mammogram and would not entertain any of my nonsense about having one done. Come to find out the lump was cancer. A year and two surgeries later and I am clear of the cancer. Had it not been for her stern and direct demeanor, I doubt I would have proceeded to look further into the lump and probably would have been in dire straights by now.

I would recommend Dr. Hunter hands down. She has a clear and concise manner that is refreshing and patience when dealing with foolishness that goes beyond anything I could achieve if being put in her position.

Had a hysterectomy done with Dr Hunter 4 weeks ago and was back to work at week 2, light work outs after 8 days and nearly back to my old self 4 weeks later! Her staff is seriously incredible. Dr. Hunter is confident in her skills as a surgeon and a doctor. She is to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush. I love that approach. Very clear on what to do and not to do and patient with questions. Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Ladies for all of your help and support through the surgery!
