  I am so happy with this gym. It is clean, affordable, and has a great staff and very knowledgeable trainers. This is a gym for everyone from beginners to body builders.

  Our son has been attending class here for almost a year and he really enjoys it. We have noticed a lot more physical confidence in our son since he started. All the kids seem to have a blast and really respect coach Jei. We will be signing our daughter up as soon as she is old enough!

  This gym is amazing in every way. Very welcoming and supportive. My family has trained with Coach Jei for many years. He is an amazing coach and mentor. He is very supportive and knowledgeable- able to successfully coach anybody who walks through the door. I cannot say enough positive things. Being with this gym has helped both my son and daughter gain so much confidence and grow as humans. I have also grown in many ways from training here. There is so much positive energy. Highly recommended for all ages.

  My three kids have been going to this gym since it opened. They have been with the coaches at a previous gym for a time as well. All three have benefited from the classes greatly - and in different ways. For my 5 year old, the classes, her teammates and her coaches have had a significant boost in confidence. She is generally a very anxious and shy person. To see her come out of her shell during classes has been amazing. My 8 and 11 year old boys love the classes and their teammates and coach. It has allowed my 11 year old son - who never really found anything he loved to do - to be involved in something that he truly enjoys and that challenges him not only physically but mentally. My 8 year old son just simply loves being active and this has helped him immensely with listening and allowing himself to try and fail and know it's okay to have something that you are constantly working on.
  
  The gym is spacious and clean which is fantastic. The coaches are great and are so patient and calm with the kids. The sense of community and friendship is something I honestly didn't expect to have come from joining this gym so it's really been a bonus to have that piece come into play.

  My 7 and 9 year old daughters joined End of September. My 4 year old son joined the end of November. All three kids love it here.
  
  The coaches in the beginners class are so patient with the kiddos. I’m thankful for them because My 4 year old is definitely getting better everyday and looks forward to going each day.
  
  The advanced youth class is so fun to watch. The coach keeps them active and I enjoy seeing my daughters challenge themselves each day to learn and do better than the day before.
  
  I love seeing the youth help each other out. I love how the coaches genuinely care for the kids and correct them when it’s needed. Everyone is welcoming. Facility is nice and clean. Our family recommends SBG Des Moines 🙂.
