(July 30, 2021, 7:45 pm)Okay I'm like 33 and I've never been through one of these before even though I grew up in Washington State. First of all I was really surprised at the automation of the process. I was also really thankful for the automation of the process because I got really distracted by the talking bear on the screen. I was worried about how the entire thing would function, but they made it very simple. Will definitely go here again.
