“The only problem with this place is you have to have at least 2 hours to do the initial intake, and then some of the other assessments they do toward your care require at a minimum a few hours as well. Once you go through this process though it's pretty painless to get regular weekly appointments scheduled. They also offer group classes to help with therapy while you're waiting to get all of that sorted out. All in all it's worth it once you get passed the first hurdle. I also like that you have a care team and everyone works together to help you with your care.”

“I could not say enough great things about Claudia and Valtina. We were randomly referred to them by the VA and after going thru a couple of consults with other agencies we knew Two Caring Hands were for us. From the first phone call to their second placement of our father (they saved us there) they have been the most caring, compassionate and detailed people I've worked with. They feel like family. My brother and I are quite young to deal with a father with dementia and severe health issues. Their guidance and support has meant everything to us. “Always friendly staff but sometimes long lines. The lines do move quickly though because they start taking the orders and payments before you get to the window. I'm convinced the best cold coffee drink is the blended carmelizer. The hot carmelizer is sweet and soothing on cold days. And of course they have a wide variety of coffee and energy drinks. They also have a walk-up window but I've never used it.”

One of the items I wanted had been damaged by another shopper, but wasn't significant & they have it to me for half price. The employees were very customer oriented & friendly!
