“I went in to have alterations done - they were outsourced and when they came back, they weren't quite what I had wanted but they had done what I had asked (didn't phrase my request properly). As a result, they didn't charge me for the service. I have also taken my comforters there for cleaning and they have it ready in 24hrs, the price is comparable and it's always clean and fresh smelling - never pilled up nor the inside batting ruffled.
