This gym is my happy place. It has been for several years and I’m so pleased with the new owners and staff. Friendly, personable, updated equipment, phenomenal community. My boys love the kids room and my youngest looks forward to going and playing every morning. Wonderful place.
Shane and his team tuned this gym around and it is fabulous. Clean, tidy, new equipment, and friendly staff. So happy to see this community gym brought back to life.
Very good gym, good size, equipments, bathrooms and toilets and group classes.
I love the Strong (HIIT) with Amy and also the body workout with Melissa.
My suggestion to the management would be to install some hooks / shelves around the gym area and classrooms so we can put our cell phone and purse while exercising.
Erika is amazing. I have been training with her for a while now and absolutely love her. She pushes me hard every session and I have been seeing great improvements in my health!
I’m just a short time the new Thrive in Duvall has made a complete turn around from the previous ownership. It’s clean and bright, fresh renovations and new cardio equipment! The gym is now fully staffed with friendly employees. I’m looking forward to all the new equipment that will be coming in, in the next couple of weeks. Thrive in Duvall is once again a great location to workout at!
