Actually no the rent for just the space not including trailer is $849 !!!! My sister has lived their for almost 20 years when she moved in the space rent was $220 it goes up 40-50 $$ every year the rent space is just that $849 it does not included ANYTHING you have to buy your own mobile and pay for all utilities and they do absolutely nothing as far as maintenance you pay for elect water garbage all of it! It's a rip off!!

Lived here for 25 years of my life. Has seen multiple managers. Quick drive to downtown, close to the high school. Quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. People tend to keep to themselves. 4 stars because Duvall is so far away from any major city.
