Counter parts guy was great. He went above and beyond. I wish I would have got his name but I purchased a new battery and he installed also. Great customer service!

Just to say that Lisa and the Napa team were exceptional. I showed up to have a battery checked and it totally died right there. As luck would have it, she had sold 12 batteries and was out of mine. She dispatched a person to Auburn to grab one and had me back on the road in just over and hour. Very good customer service!!!

Became my go to parts store! Needed a fuel filter for my generator when the power went out……all the parts stores were closed NOT NAPA they had a generator hooked up and it was business as usual! Oh and they had the filter I needed!

Called because of a wasp nest on the front porch. The swarm somehow made it inside the house. They sent someone out the same day. Did their treatment, and the wasps immediately met their demise. They used something that poisened the whole nest. Its been a couple weeks, and there are still wasps meeting their maker as they go to the nest randomly. I was quite surprised to hear how cheap the service was and worried that I would have to pay for several visits. Not only did they take care of the problem in one visit, the product they used is still working, weeks later.

Katie came out and initially sprayed for "pissants" -- those minute ants about the size of a pencil point. She found a hornet's next in the basement and where they were getting it. She took it on herself to solve that very nasty problem. Katie, and Wells, are top-notch. We've used them in the past and will definitely use them in the future when needed. We highly recommend them!
