  Got my propane Tanks filled today by Karen. The person in front of me was insane! Freaked out at Karen and told her that he was going to sue over the price of propane. She explained the price but this guy was doing his own math and needed to go back to grade school. Karen handled him very professionally and I was very impressed. Great and calm customer service professionals like her are hard to find.

  I had one of the best experience that I have ever had with uhaul. I got help with quotes, reservations, and arrangements. Shout out to Mychael, very knowledgeable and super helpful. If he didn't know answers he would get back to me after getting them. If I needed their help again for a move, I would without hesitation reach them. Thanks again to Mychael and his people.

  First time use this rental service, I was a little unsure how that would turn out. However, the price is unbeatable! No hidden fees! The service is great too! At the arrival of airport, I didn’t know I have to call them first. But when I did contact with them, pick ups come quickly. Mostly the impressive work is drop off services, they know how to get to terminals fast despite the horrible LAX traffic. Keep it up guys! Thanks

  I booked the car through Wisecars and they brought me to this company. There were mixed reviews, but being under 25, the price they offered was unbeatable. Less than half the price of the bigger companies. Was picked up from the airport, and given a 2019 Corolla in great condition/clean. No extra charges, and had a smooth transaction. The storefront is a little sketchy, but I had a great experience, and would book with them again.

  Want to be honest with this review. Where they difficult to deal with? Yes. But as difficult as they were they made sure that they corrected their mistakes. To me that makes a world of difference as you can see they are actively taking measures to keep their customers happy. Room for improvement sure, maybe on the inside of the cars and just making sure the break and headlights are working well. Over all would definitely rent from here again as their prices are unbeatable. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.
