Loved this place! Family owned! Atmosphere was quite nice for a little joint! Tables were clear and set, floor was clean. Service was wonderful! The lady at the counter was nice, inviting and appreciative of our business. Wait wasn’t too long. Roughly 10 mins for 4 orders. Food was delicious! Everyone enjoyed their meal! We had the potstickers, popcorn chicken, pad sew ewe, and the black pepper beef. Loved it! We recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!
I wanted to add my review for three reasons. 1) We love this place - we are here at least twice a month 2) The new owners are celebrating 1 year in business-any review older than 1 year ago (July 2022) is not valid and 3) I felt that previous review by Kris Mani is misleading. First of all, I do not consider the portion sizes as small. I feel they are normal for dishes that run $11.95-$12.95 each-$1 extra for pork. The only way his order was $30-$50 per person is if he had dinner alone. The pic he posted was only a small serving of his 3 full dishes he ordered. I attached pictures of the true size of their dishes. Cashew Chicken and Crispy Chicken. Both come with choice of white or brown rice. Also attached a picture of the Kids Fried rice which is 1/2 the size of the $11.95 Thai Fried Rice Try this place sometime. You won’t be disappointed.
MY GOODNESS THIS PLACE IS DELICIOUS!!! if you want REAL Thai food, this is the best in Federal Way. I got the tom yum noodles, it was the perfect spice (I ordered 3 stars), but the broth really hits the spot. Service was spot on, very friendly and the food came out QUICK! The restaurant also has such a nice atmosphere and bathrooms were very clean. I'm very picky about my Thai food, and I was not disappointed.
Delicious! 😋 Tasted light and actually nutritious. You can tell it was made from scratch and he was light on sugar, even desserts. We had pineapple chicken fried rice, chicken tum kha (has coconut milk), and chicken tum yum soup (kind of like chicken soup asian style), pot stickers that were steamed then lightly pan seared, and sweet potato noodles with sea food (my mom's dish). My mom also enjoyed her mango sweet pudding.
We both drank Thai tea and it was nice but again not overly sweet so you feel less guilty. Altogether a solid 5 and will definitely come again! Decent prices and quite clean. Plenty of parking 🅿️ and safe area.
***Chicken satay is grilled chicken with tumeric and it tastes good and has like no salt so you combine it with the sauce. Traditional Thai Peanut 🥜 sauce is always included but I don't like that sauce. I like the sweet cucumber 🥒 vinaigrette from another Thai region but it was cooked well here. Just if you can't eat it without that cucumber sauce like me don't order chicken Satay.
