This is a solid park with a beach front access to the lake. There is a dock into the water. There is also a boat access point. There are several parking lots. There is a large playground and restroom facilities.
Steel lake is a great park. The lake which you can swim and fish in on one side and lots of fields on the other. The lake side also has many benches for get togethers and the best kids playground by far
Best place for a day on the lake, there's a massive play structure for kids (with benches for the adults). Alot of picnic benches with little fireplaces at some, so a great place to barbecue, a little swim area for little children, and a dock to jump off of. There is also a ping pong table but you will need to bring a paddle and ball. Parking is abundant, but it is a pretty popular place.
Huge park with a giant play structure. No need to pack a lunch there is a concession stand with hot dogs and ice cream (applies to summer visits).
Don't forget your swim suits. Great place to cool off and spend time with the family. Picnic tables and parking by swimming area are limited so get there early!
