So I had an Amazing Experience when I had no choice except to get a new phone. Ms. Mariana was such a Pleasant young Lady and helped me navigate which phone and accessories would best suit my needs! She has such a wonderful attitude and is very helpful! Ms. Mariana made replacing my phone such an easier event than I imagined it would be!

I made a second visit to the Gateway Store and had a second Very Positive experience! This time Ms. Mariana was not there so Beau helped me! As Technology challenged as I am — Beau was such a kind professional and waited on me and Password recoveries - he was extremely Patient! It was a Tremendous Relief when Beau recovered my missing Emails. When help is given that doesn’t make you feel stupid! - That is a really nice to find!
The Gateway Plaza Store is a great place and I recommend going to there for services!

We were greeted once coming in and we were able to get what we needed quickly. I worker we got was funny and efficient and also mindful. He was able to push me into getting something useful without the use of force but anticipation and information. Overall I rate the meeting a 10/10
