After switching dental insurance coverage in 2020, I started going to this office and it was a really positive experience with Dr. Brossel. Once the switch occurred with Dr. Brar, my experience got even better. The staff is friendly, and the hygienist Pylson provided above and beyond customer service. He even brought up topics that we discussed from my last appointment. If you have any nerves about going to the dentist, he’d easily settle them. Dr. Brar is also incredibly kind, lays out options and takes the time to answer questions in-depth. When I was switching coverages again in 2022, they quickly got me in for two additional appointments that week to make sure I could get my fillings before my coverage switched over. They were advocates and working to my benefit. I’m super thankful they’re still under my coverage so I can keep going there. Something I look for in independent businesses is also diverse representation within their staff and hiring - and I was impressed by their diversity from leadership-down. Truly a great representation of what makes up Federal way, and I love seeing BIPOC professionals successful in STEM fields (and having their own practice)! They’ll keep my business for a long time, and I’d recommend this place to anyone searching for a warm, professional, and inclusive dental experience.

This office is amazing! No waiting! I always have a little anxiety in the beginning but they made me feel as ease very quickly. All staff members I’ve encountered are very personable and welcoming. Thanks so much!

Excellent dental care, taking into consideration of patient dental goals (great smile). Staff are very professional and explain procedures. In and out of chair under an hour for front tooth filling. The chip in tooth was removed and now I have a great smile.
