Its a nice place to go walking stuff to do outside
It is what it is, like many Federal Way parks it isn't huge. What is nice is a place to park and take a walk. It's safer to park here than it is at the parking lot on 356th for the BPA trail.. You can also walk south down the dirt path and into Fife Heights a ways. It's also a nice spot to park if you want to walk around the neighborhood to the east. I've done all these with my dog and it's a great out of the way area with lots of directions to go.
Definitely best to call this a "micro" park. A clearing on the BPA trail that has been converted and park stuff added. Great place to stop and rest if you are walking the BPA trail.get a good stretch in, or sit on the benches and rest a bit. There is one picnic table, four benches, and a small play area for the kiddos that is very well maintained. There is also a "little library thingy" (take a book leave a book). The black bunny rabbits also like this place. My favorite thing to do is to just stop and sit for a minute or two and watch the bunnies when I'm out walking my dog! Very quiet and serene at this spot.
Small park, cute but only a small amount of activities for the neighborhood. Good stopping point if you are walking or biking with the kids. Needs a water fountain and a potty/hand washing area.
