Pavilion Apartment Homes

I moved in a while ago and I absolutely love my apartment. I stay in a 3 bedroom with my family and I love the amenities in my place. Being a mother of 3 active children, this place has everything my children need to stay busy. Thank you Jo for making this process so smooth. You made finding a home so easy for me. I can’t thank you enough for your outstanding hospitality and customer service. I also want to thank Bernie for making it a priority to work on my service requests. My family and I are here to stay! Thank you to the Pavilion Apartment Homes team for making our dream apartment come true! We are so blessed!

I am very satisfied with the the current team of Pavilion who ensured our lease term went very smoothly.

I’d personally like to give a shout out to JP the community maintenance manager, who truly cares about the integrity of the homes and ensures guest’s are satisfied, he has only been there for a short time since our stay but since he has started we noticed vast improvements in overall maintenance of the homes. I would also like to mention Shelby part of the maintenance team who also ensures things are done correctly and kept communication with us the entire time of our service request.

Chris has been very very helpful our entire stay, and has always made sure everything was taken care of!

Lastly, thank you to pavilions community manager Carolina for ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding an amazing team.

Today was my only free time to see apartments and this was by far my favorite. The place is clean, the staff are nice, & the apartment I saw was cozy and beautiful. Even though it was a model, Jo was able to point out the difference with what I saw and what I wanted. She’s amazing and very easy to talk to. Definitely a place you’ll wanna add to your list when apartment hunting.

I just want to say thank you Chris for all that you have done for my husband and I. He is pretty awesome 😊 he answered all my questions. He was very detailed with the questions I’ve asked him. Also kept in touch as well. I love my new apartment. Can’t wait to make it cozy as possible. Thank you Chris. Happy holidays to you and all the staff at pavilion.

Just wanted to come on here and give a shout out to Miss Jo & Miss Jacinda for constantly keeping in touch with me from the beginning to when I finally moved in. My new apartment was absolutely perfect! I signed for a 6 month lease and I am ready to spend longer than 6 months here. 💖 These ladies really know how to make a person feel so at home! Also, shout out to Miss Gina & Miss Carolina because they really went out of their way to accommodate my family and make sure that the unit was absolutely spotless when I came. Up until now, I’ve had nothing but excellent encounters with the leasing and the maintenance team. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD!
