I really like Kim and Eunice that work in the front. Really hard job dealing with Federal way public.

Been going here for years. Started out at location on Gravois almost 15 yrs ago. Now tesson is closer. Have had major work done with them and always go for oil changes. Only place we will go for them. Best prices, no you need an air filter, wipers, everything else moves. They try to get you in an out. Best place for sure.

Great prices and they're honest. Only thing, I wish they would take appointments.

I cannot recommend Gravois Auto enough. I am not from the area and was staying downtown at a hotel when I came out to my car not starting in the parking garage. My daughter had appointments that morning at Children's Hospital, so panicked and not knowing what to do, we walked in the rain to the hospital so we could get to her appointments. By the time I got there I was wet and cold and crying and Dan the owner saw me and overheard me telling someone about my situation and did everything he could to help me right there with my vehicle. He not only called his tow people and told them to stand by for when I called, he gave me his personal number and ensured me that whatever I needed to be done they would help me get my car fixed so my daughter and I could get back on the road. They fixed the started on my vehicle in a matter of hours and even brought my car back to the hotel we were staying at so we didn't have to find alternate transportation to their shop. Dan and his entire team went above and beyond when they saw someone in need and I will forever be grateful! Such a family oriented business who I could tell really cared about the customer and just people in general and you don't see that very often anymore. If we are ever back in St Louis and have car trouble, they will be the first people we call!

They were quick, friendly & explained what was needed. I would definitely recommend this shop
