“We found Bellewood through A Place for Mom, and moved my parents there in May 2019. We could not be happier! This is a spectacularly nice facility with staff that are just fabulous! My parents absolutely love their apartment, the staff, the other residents, all the activities, the shuttles, the onsite hair and nail services, and more! To top it all off, the application fee and monthly rent are very reasonable (actually, quite low compared to the quality of the building, food and support). You won't find a better place for independent living the Seattle area.”

“I cannot rate Sunrise of Issaquah highly enough. Our mother was scheduled to move in April 2020 which was delayed due to COVID. Initially, she was assessed for a lower-care floor, but when she was finally able to move in her mental state had declined significantly. Sunrise adapted and moved her to the Reminiscence Floor. I cannot praise Sunrise highly enough in this review for how they have helped my mom settle in and live her best life. She had difficulty settling in, but rather than treating her as a problem, Sunrise staff respected her dementia and helped us work through how to best help her. Dementia can be a hard road for any family - particularly when you live far away. But through it all the staff and administration at Sunrise made us feel like we were a part of a team caring for our mother. They were as happy as we were when mom's agitation settled. The care is professional and personal at the same time. From the Executive Director down to those setting the tables at meal times - everyone knows and cares for the residents. If you are lucky enough to get a loved one a place at Sunrise of Issaquah - take it. This is A+ quality care and a great team of people. Thank you!!!”

“I needed a refill on my inhaler while visiting Issaquah from Ellensburg. I was approx 20 minutes away when I called and got Brian on the phone. He didn't see a refill so he called my Dr office and had them fax a new prescription while I was on my way. By the time I arrived it was just in time, I could barely get to the counter but my inhaler was ready for pick up!! The lovely blonde lady rang me up very quickly so I could get to my product and use it... As I got back to my car I burst into thankful tears. I CANNOT tell you how much I appreciate them going above and beyond what's expected these days. You saved me quite a bit of money not having to go into an urgent care with no insurance.
