My early experience at Phoenix Courts was a bit frustrating, but they have new management and they came in running. What amazed me the most is the workers actually want to work. They have come in and completed work that I've been waiting on for two years has been completed within weeks. The staff is friendly and progressive. Your issues are heard and delt with. I'm going on my third year here at Phoenix courts and I see a Beautiful change here. I was in the process of moving thanks to new management I'll be staying and her staff is courteous and attentive to the residents needs. I appreciate them very much.
The property managers Lorrie, CC and Rico are wonderful staff!!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We never had trouble getting a hold of management. We never had any complaints or problems from management. They are very informative on keeping you up-to-date like they will put a note on everyone's door letting the residents know that "tomorrow the grounds keeper crews will be working around outside" or send messages to your apartment app. I never seen property managers go so far l out of their way to make sure they can communicate with their residents as much as Phoenix Court. We were very appreciative of that because it shows they really put in effort. They really care about you and your families needs. We started off homeless in Kent and told the managers that when we applied in person yet they never held that against us. They treated us like regular human beings. We recommend anyone who moves to Kent trying to start off fresh to move into Phoenix Court Apartments. Other apartments we went to were too "stuck-up" for us. We did not use any government assistance to move-in, we just saved up money from working at Amazon for 4 months then moved in after we had enough cash for the safety deposit. Just communicate with them if you have any issues or concerns. They will hear you out. They will do their very best to help or give advice when they can. We stayed for our whole 4 month lease. We enjoyed our time here... I'll never forget my first apartment here. Great job CC on being our 1st customers. You did an excellent job welcoming us to the community and you are funny and made us laugh. We thank you very much for always being nice to us.
THANK YOU again Phoenix Court Apartments for being there for me when my girlfriend went missing and all the advice and assistance during COVID-19. God bless you all! :)
when I first moved here the office was pretty unorganized and it did take a bit for things to get fixed. However they always got fixed. I lived in the studios and I loved how Quiet it was. I liked how they put all the studios in one area of the complex. Certainly a plus. I’m not sure about all the complaints with mold because I did not have any issues with mold. The new office manager is amazing! She has a lot of back up work to take on but she’s really trying to make it a great place to live. The only reason I moved was that I needed lower rent but housing in Washington is becoming an issue with affordability. So I don’t blame this place personally. The layout of my studio was very cute. Overall I did not have a bad experience living here.
